This policy will set the conduct expected of every organization and user with access to the platform. It is expected to be incorporated into the terms of service by reference.
Prohibited conduct
Unlawful activity, misrepresentation of ownership or vessel condition, harassment of other users, and any attempt to access records belonging to another organization.
Platform integrity
No probing, scanning or circumvention of access controls, no automated scraping outside the published API, and no interference with scheduled jobs, webhooks or rate limits.
Content and documents
Uploaded documents and messages must be lawful, free of malware, and shared only with parties entitled to see them.
AI features
Assistant output is advisory. It must not be presented to owners or prospects as legal, tax or financial advice, and proposed actions must be reviewed by an authorised person before execution.
Marketing and solicitation
Marketplace listings and outreach must be accurate, and must comply with applicable marketing, brokerage and offering rules in the relevant jurisdiction.
Enforcement
Reporting route, investigation, and the suspension or termination consequences of a breach.
